YOGA

Freestyle Yoga – In Freestyle Yoga we concentrate on the physical aspect, using Yoga postures, stretches and balances, combining these with fitness principles that endorse strength, stability and increase flexibility. The movements in Freestyle Yoga are much more fluid providing your body with a gentle yet powerful workout.

Restorative Yoga  Is a slow paced class with the focus on yoga postures to lengthen the body and increase strength & flexibility whilst restoring the balance of the mind.

Yin Yoga is a more relaxing approach to yoga postures holding each one for enough time to stretch the body. It improves joint mobility & flexibility whilst reducing stress and anxiety.  It’s the perfect way to calm both the body and mind.
