Early Morning Training 6am & 7am

Morning Training 9:30am

  • Monday to Friday

Evening Training
6pm & 7pm & 8pm

  • Monday to Thursday 6pm 7pm 8pm

Weekend Workouts

  • Saturday 8am & 9am Sunday 9am
  • Our Shred Class will boost your metabolism for the whole weekend
