Fitness Unit 4 Step Formula

Step 1
Private Consultation And Goal Setting

Before we can start training you we will arrange a consultation to identify your needs and goals. We look at your current fitness level and body composition in order to tailor a program specific to you. We use your current position as a foundation to build upon and set short term goals for you to work towards in order to reach your long term goals

Step 2
Evaluate, Customize, Periodize

Once we have identified your starting point and your goals we plan a periodised program to ensure that you are constantly moving in the right direction. We plan programs that keep your body being challenged so that it continues to adapt to become stronger, faster, fitter whatever your goals are.

Step 3
Take Action And Create Accountability
