Lift Lean is a female-focused resistance training program for those who cannot get to a gym or want additional training to do on holiday or at home. All you need is a set of dumbells to get started which you can buy from your supermarket or use a couple of tins from your cupboard.
We tackle issues like hormones, the menopause, anxiety and depression as well as comfort eating and emotional eating bringing in trusted experts to help along the way in addition to great workouts, stretches and relaxation videos.
